1. On Site management: Wherein we provide varied number of hours of on site manpower managing the networks for the maintenance, preventive as well as corrective.

2. Remote service management: With the advent of IPTV networks and management of existing analogue and digital networks via IP, we are able to monitor live networks and predict adverse conditions which enable us to be proactive in correcting faults rather than waiting for guest complaints and be reactive instead – thereby drastically reducing guest failure rates and managing a higher ‘up time’.
